Hobsonville Motorway Walk

Here in the West we prefer to do things differently. Walking on new motorways or dining in tunnels is one thing. Walking on an uncomplete motorway is an entirely new concept.
The big machines will go quiet for the day and the people can take to the new roads to see what goes into the planning and how it all comes together.
Ever heard of a "fish ladder"?
